Refurbishment of existing building at 28 Malop Street Geelong to create a walkthrough from Malop Street to Denny’s Place.

The project included demolition, structural steel work, concreting, carpentry, and services, 

creating a stunning walkthrough including cultural art pieces and bespoke decking.
