Provision of Building Services, Maintenance and Small to Medium Projects 

in accordance with contractual obligations. All activities undertaken are 

within scope of contract and OHS obligations. Sites are made safe, planned 

effectively (resources, parts, equipment etc) and sequenced to ensure works safe, organised, timely and cost efficient, and completed to the highest quality and compliance standards.
